3 nights - £200 PN
4-6 nights - £190 PN
7 nights - £180 PN
*These rates all apply to booking with parties up to 7 guests. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests by prior arrangement - rates available on request. Maximum stay 14 days except by prior arrangement.*
CANCELLATION
The 25% deposit is non-refundable deposit, unless we are unable to provide the accommodation for you (see terms and conditions).
If you cancel prior to 6 weeks before your arrival date we will refund the 75% balancing payment if you have paid it. If you have not paid it, you will not be required to do so. The 25% is non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date there is no automatic right to a refund. But if we are able to re-let , we will refund the 75% of your cost from what we are able to recover.
Payment and cancellation is all subject to our terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
You pay 25% of the total cost of your holiday as a deposit to reserve your holiday when you book.
You pay the balance of 75% no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
If you making your booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date then you pay 100% of your holiday cost when you book.
